🪦 Morgue: BetterTx

BetterTx, known for digital behavioral treatment for adults with type 2 diabetes AspyreRx is winding down. Another example of digital therapeutics companies struggling to achieve profitability.

🤖 Realistic AI Clones

Delphi.ai lets you create creep-ily good digital clones. Try mine. Training is easy, SMS is built in, phone call chats built in, as well as voice dubbing. I've tried elevenlabs for voice, and this is even easier/better. It's expensive though for all the features you would want, like API access 😢. You could imagine health systems/medical groups training on their existing blogs/youtube/etc on popular providers. Wonder where the world will be with this stuff in 2 years as this is really, really good already.

🧑‍💻 Real Life EHI Export

Follow on to last newsletter, Josh Mandel shared an EHI export of his personal medical data on github, so little real world EHI exports to play with so a gem.

🎶 Sing Songs with FHIR?

Imagine hooking your FHIR data up to Suno and having it write lyrics / sing you medical history. Obvious privacy issues if you do, so just use sandbox data. Made me think of P!ink's just like a pill, FHIR MedicationStatement + AI audio.
