Learn to make a patient app, in Epic EHR.
Epic’s Electronic Health Record (EHR) is one of the most used inpatient EHR’s in US.
It is likely that a hospital you went to at some point uses Epic (see https://open.epic.com/MyApps/Endpoints for hospitals and their FHIR urls).
Even better than reach, Epic autoenables FHIR apps across its client base in about 24 hours, with minimal effort needed from the developer.
